Literally a lifesaver. God bless her and her assistant braider for the day. I was able to get off the waitlist and have my hair braided small knotless boho braids in only 4 hours. She is very sweet and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend and look forward to my next appointment.

I had the best experience at PBK Beauty Spa! My sister and I went in to get our locs twisted and styled. We were beyond impressed with the results. Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we both left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Our locs have never looked better—defined, healthy, and full of life! We can’t wait to come back.
