Charlotte is fantastic at what she does, her attention to detail when applying hair extensions is incredible and the results are amazing. Absolutely amazing, very professional, customer service is second to none and both Alex who is my hairdresser and Denise, who has a battle to make me look fabulous but somehow, when I leave the beauty salon, I feel I am walking on air.

A wonderful relaxed environment, and excellent haircut and styling.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the newly opened “No Ordinary Salon” in York City centre. Georgie was so lovely, welcoming & very knowledgeable.
