I had a wonderful experience with Eclat! I was due to go to a wedding of a family member and wanted to look my best. The team at Eclat did a wonderful job! Both the makeup and hair were exactly what I was going for! I felt so beautiful and confident the whole night! There was much attention to detail, and the team made me feel right at home, offering drinks and even the opportunity to set the music playlist in the studio! If I ever have another formal event again while visiting Toronto, I will definitely be sure to book Eclat again!

It was my best haircutting experience. No wonder why Korean styling is so famous. The final result was incredible (made me look like a korean idol XD). It will definitely be on top of my togo list every time I come to Toronto.

I always have such a lovely experience with Kara, she really takes the time during the consult to talk through exactly what you want for your hair. I have never had someone take so much time to make sure my hair cut was perfect especially my bangs! The best hair cut I’ve gotten for my wavy/curly hair in Toronto, could not recommend more.

Toronto, which came back after a long time, I had a lot of worries about my hair style, but thanks to the Hair tree that I went to without any worries, and designer Kelly, my hair style worries disappeared. One of the best lash lifts I’ve ever gotten! My natural lashes are super straight and I don’t know how she did it, but the lash tech got them super curled and tinted — I usually need waterproof mascara and a heated lash curler to get my lashes to look like this. It’s also one of the most affordable lash lifts I’ve found in Toronto so far. 11/10!

This is by far the best nail salon in Toronto!! Alla is a master nail technician and provides a wonderful experience!! I refuse to go anywhere else. Meticulous and precise! Very hard to find nowadays!

I'd go to the moon if that's where Ellen set up shop, thankfully, The Borough Project is right here in Toronto, close to bellwoods! Easily the best barbershop I've ever been to in my entire life, and yet, it's so much more than a barbershop. It's like stepping into an old friend's living room. Ellen and Rui have done an exceptional job at creating a cozy and beautiful space with an inclusive environment and vibe. Can't wait for my next cut :)

This was my first haircut here in toronto as a tourist. I felt very comfortable and at ease with my hair stylist, I enjoyed the small talk and overall atmosphere. Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. My stylist was friendly, professional and provided a great blowout. Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). All this from a hair appt made in a hurry while visiting Toronto for biz and personal time. Could not recommend this place more highly!

I’ve gone to the same hairdresser my whole life, and after moving to Toronto about two years ago, I finally decided to try a salon here. It took me forever to pick a spot, but I found this place and was drawn to the amazing reviews and the fact that it’s female-owned and run. I had Brittany as my stylist, and she was AMAZING! She really took the time to get to know me—not just my hair, but who I am as a person—so she could help me find a style that suited both my personality and my hair type. She made great recommendations and was sooo nice.

Amazing experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Great atmosphere where you feel you are hanging out with your girlfriends. I had balayage and a cut and just wow! Best colour and cut I’ve ever had. I found my forever place. Best salon in Toronto. Cannot gush enough about the service and expertise of all the beautiful ladies.
