Great hair cut and colour! I have thick hair that is wavy/frizzy and like to wear it straight - she did a great job at shaping and thinning it out for a medium length bob. Personable and professional - highly recommend!

The service is excellent! Ashley and Neva did amazing! They took care of my hair and took care of me very well professionally! They are wonderful people. I felt like I knew them from time, even though it was my first time there! I will definitely recommend them anywhere anytime! Thank you, thank you, thank you ladies! Krystal is the best! I have 2 "cowlicks" in my hair and she is one of the few people able to cut it so that everything looks perfect.

Fabulous, as always. Peter is the best hairdresser that I have ever had! You feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone is professional but friendly which creates an inviting atmosphere. I was there today for hair services, although, I am looking forward to trying their other Loft experiences also.

I enjoy coming to your salon, everyone from reception to my hair stylist Ana are delightful and I look forward to my next visit. Not everyone in this world are as patient with all my chatting. I love the ambience here. It is relaxing and never rushed or stress; I don't feel like I am part of an assembly line. Ana has been my stylist since I have been coming here. She is easy to talk to and with. I like the fact that when we discuss my hair, whether its a style, cut or colour, Ana listens and then offers her opinion on why or why not this idea would work. So far I come out feeling and looking like a million dollars :)
