I had a fantastic experience getting my hair single braided today. The braids are neat with clean parting, and even though my hair is full, the style feels light and comfortable. The stylist was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the appointment. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches—she had snacks available for clients, and the overall environment was both comfortable and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her services!

Franca is amazing she gave me a beautiful cut I Love my new fresh cut. Plus, she has Charlie., he was my personal support pup throughout the whole appointment. From wash to style., he just sat in my lap and snuggled. 10 out of 10.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable in everything from cutting to colour theory, and somehow always understands exactly what I’m envisioning. We discuss realistic goals, and she consistently delivers results that exceed expectations. She’s talented, intuitive, and a genuinely beautiful human. When I move across Canada, I’ll still be flying back for my cut and colour, that’s how exceptional she is.
