Victoria at Total Image was super great! I went in for a blow out and curls for a wedding. My hair never holds a curl. I wipes up with curls the next morning!!! I highly recommend Victoria!!!

This was my first visit (and def not my last) & I was blessed to have Isabella work on my hair. She did the most amazing job with my balayage - it is blended so flawlessly. She worked with my ideas of a hair cut/style, went over my home hair care regime, and gave recommendations for styling & products. She was so friendly and accommodating, and we had great conversation! I was super comfortable the entire time. She has great knowledge, skill and technique, and it shows with my new hair! I also met Sargon, the salon owner, who was delightful and sweet, as well. Clean facility, too! Thank you!!

I've been coming to Element 78 Salon sense opening and the experience is always exceptional. Joelle is an incredible colourist with cutting and styling, very. talented, attentive, and consistently spot-on. I went to Janes for a haircut and beard trim and she did an absolute fabulous job! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and outdid my expectations on my beard. This was the first time in years I've had a haircut in Canada that I can be proud of, thanks to her. Her friendly personality and expert opinion on what would suit my face structure was an added bonus. I am making this my regular spot for haircuts and beard trims. 10/10 recommend!

Best place ever! Literally on so many levels! Gabbie, amazing! This is the best colour I have ever had and I am a middle aged woman who has coloured her hair for years but this, hands down, THE BEST in colour ever and the best in salon in Hamilton. Hidden gem on Fennell between Upper Sherman and East 27th. To think I lived here and missed it all these years. I am so, so grateful to Gabbie who made me feel like myself again. Thank you Gabbie! I feel like all the hard work I put into my internal self has finally been manifested externally. My soul and hair are shining today.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Chatgbt recommended them, and based on all the other 5 star reviews I figured why not get a wash, cut and blow dry. Best decision I made since moving to Hamilton. Only request I made was I need to be able to put my hair up in a pony tail and let her do whatever she wanted to make me look good, and I feel amazing! Thank you ladies for the best entertainment with my new haircut, I will come back for sure!

I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.
