Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I booked the 1-hour Focusing Massage with the Indian Head Massage & Hair Treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

Natural Palm is hands down the best massage place in Cairns. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and everything feels very clean, calm, and professional from the moment you walk in. Palm was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. I felt completely taken care of throughout the whole session. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.

I visited Oiled Massage three times whilst on Holidays and loved every minute of it. Thanks to Marin for beautiful massages every time. All of the staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend the experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Cairns.

Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

The massage was excellent. I requested a foot and upper body massage and the strength of the massage and massage area was precise and helped to heal my travel fatigue. I would like to return when I come to Cairns again.

My massage experience was wonderful, especially following a long day out in the ocean. It was strong (the way I like my massages) and hit all of my tight muscles. In the end I actually fell asleep as it was also relaxing. Would definitely repeat when in Cairns.
