I've been going to this salon for a few weeks now for their tanning beds but I had my eyebrows done today and they haven't looked this good in years! 10/10 would reccoment and Luke is amazing too!

I always have such an amazing experience here! The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and really relaxing. The facial itself was incredible—my skin felt so refreshed, smooth, and glowing afterwards. Hannah was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to tailor everything to my skin type. I left feeling completely pampered and confident with some great product recommendations (not on commission too!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality facial treatment!

Was unsure on having micro needling due to if it would hurt, however Emma was great and my skin feels lovely if a little tingly. Didn’t hurt too much either. Would definitely recommend.

Had a Korean lash lift and curl, plus an eyebrow wax and tint with Becca, and I absolutely love the results! Becca kindly posted my patch test kit out to me beforehand, and I had no reaction at all. There was plenty of parking in Masham Square, which made it really easy to get to. The whole appointment was so relaxing, and it was lovely having a chat while she worked. My lashes are beautifully lifted with a lovely curl, and my brows look so natural but much more defined. Thanks so much! I’m so happy with everything and will definitely be back 🩷

What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.

Hannah has created such a cosy, comfortable and welcoming space, making the whole experience feel relaxing and personal from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional, and she clearly takes real pride in delivering a tailored service for every client. I especially loved how she documents your skin’s progress and follows up with personalised skincare recommendations afterwards — it really shows how much she cares about achieving the best results for you.
