Absolutely loved my appointment with Chelsea, she made me feel so welcome the second I stepped foot through the door, im terrified of needles but she talked me through step by step & it didn’t even hurt which I wasn’t expecting! What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. From the moment I walked in, the room was set in such a calming way and instantly made me feel relaxed. Sarah is brilliant at what she does. Makes me feel really calm and comfortable during my appointments (I am someone who has a fear of needles) knows what she’s doing and provides great advice and detail on the procedures. I prefer a more natural look, and Sarah works with that when doing any procedure, creating a natural enhancement Highly recommend!

I booked with Hannah for dermaplaning and Microneedling! She was great, really friendly, efficient and thorough! Great experience!

Hollie explained everything on what to expect from today before undergoing the procedure to ensure safety and optimal results.  My first session of Microneedling is done and will help restore and repair hyperpigmentation and sun damage. Now l know what to expect, I won't be as apprehensive but I will be on the count down for the last treatment! The soothing mask was by far the best bit cooling my skin.

Amazing experience having a facial and microneedling with Heather. She's created such a comforting environment and her massage was amazing and unexpected! I'm already booked in again and I've told everyone since how amazing the experience is - thankyou Heather!
