The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. She also wrote down what she recommends for my skin to help it improve- no hard sell or pushing. The facial was lovely and relaxing! My skin felt amazing and glowy when leaving. Very happy! I absolutely love my lashes! She did such an amazing job and styled them perfectly to suit my eye shape. They’re exactly what I wanted. She’s also so gentle and light-handed that you barely even feel her doing your lashes. Such a relaxing experience, and the results are beautiful. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
