She did a skin analysis first, listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve, and then tailored everything to my skin. The treatment was so relaxing, and the complimentary massage was amazing. My skin feels so soft, and glowy now. I left feeling like I'd had a complete reset! She also gave me some skincare recommendations which were really helpful.
