Could not fault the experience. Helen was ready for my appointment spend time listening to my expectations and she would stop cutting stopped from time to time to make sure I was happy with the progress. When Helen had finished she said I could come back and have more off once it had settled. I found Helen to be very pleasant and professional we had a good chat and all went well. I would definitely recommend her and I will be back.

Took my 15 year old daughter here for a Restyle. Helen listened to her requests then gave advice in a way that was mature but also let my daughter feel part of her new hair design. Helen spent time showing my daughter how to style it at home.

I had such a relaxing experience at this scalp spa yesterday. The setting was perfect for unwinding and created such a calm, peaceful atmosphere from start to finish. The host was both professional and friendly, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. I also learned a lot throughout the session, so it was not only relaxing but really informative too. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to treat themselves and learn more about scalp care at the same time.

A wonderful treatment in a beautiful relaxed room. From start to finish it was amazing. Scalp massage, followed by a steam treatment, then a cleanse and nourish. The products smelt so nice and afterwards my hair felt fantastic. I definitely recommend this treatment and you will be in great company with Helen as she's very friendly and explains what she is going to be doing.
