Love Enerchi Penarth. Always a warm welcome from the staff. I try and see Joanne every time and we have become friends over the years. She is friendly, warm, helpful and really fast at waxing! Definitely recommend.

Excellent as always. I love this Penarth branch of Ener-chi . All the staff work so hard under tremendous pressure as is the norm nowadays unfortunately. They persevere and are always helpful and cheerful. Joanne is amazing and you can tell she is very experienced in her craft.

The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

The best nail bar I´ve been to in Cardiff. Salah is great, very kind and professional. I got a simple manicure done and my nails look perfect. I will definitely repeat! The salon is very clean and has many polisher colours to choose. Also, the location is great - right in the entrance of Penarth with plenty of free parking space.

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . The beutician was very kind, and professional. Highly recommend.

Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

My daughter & I had a bikini wax for holiday. It was my daughters first time getting waxed & she was very nervous but the lady that did our treatment was lovely & helped ease my daughters worries. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being so lovely
