Charlotte was very informative which made me feel very at ease. I had my first microneedling facial I was a bit nervous as I was worried it would be painful Charlotte assured me it wouldn’t be painful. I had numbing cream and I didn’t feel a thing I will definitely be back and decided to have a course of 6 for maximum benefits. When you're having a treatment with Marika, you're definitely in safe hands! I had my eyebrows done last year, they look lovely, so natural. Yesterday, I had my lips done.. I felt very comfortable and trusted that Marika would do a fantastic job.. and she has!!

Abbey always welcomes me with a kind smile, and i never feel rushed whilst there. She preps and cleans the area spotlessly.
