I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

Over the last year or so Jo has worked her magic. I feel so much better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has their shoulders up around their ears and jaw so tight it became the norm. So pleased to say my new normal is looser shoulders and jaw. 🥰

Thank you so much Rach that was so so good, it was honestly the best massage I think I've ever had! Already mentioned a few things but for here it was how it didn't feel like it followed a pre-determined plan but instead organically addressed certain tight areas and gently but firmly ironed them out. The fact I nearly fell asleep says it all. Highly highly recommend and I will definitely be returning. Thank you

I've been seeing Rach for years for her amazing massages and more recently reiki ❤️. Today I had a TMJ session post massage. Rach as always was gentle and reassuring, explaining everything prior to treatment. I've had longstanding issues with jaw clenching, cheek biting, grinding and migraines. Straight away I noticed a real release of tension in my jaw afterward and since treatment. My jaw feels looser, no clicking and no longer sore. Rach made me feel completely at ease, and I'd recommend her to anyone struggling with jaw tightness or TMJ discomfort. She's the Best! ❤️

Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Rachel is one caring, talented lady. That’s massage was just the best. She adapted my massage to suit what I needed. She worked those nasty knots to break them down and I left feeling so much better and relaxed. She’s just the best x
