Very nice first appointment with Garry. Took his time prepping my hair before the wash and gave me a couple of treatments to take out the dullness and to lighten up my hair. Garry is new to Exeter and would like to open his own place, which I’m sure will be a success. Will be booking in again, for sure!

I happened upon Fern Hair Studio by pure good fortune as I wasn't looking actually looking to get my hair done, though l knew I should be. Kirsty's welcome when I put my head around the door and the homely feel of the setting won me over instantly. I had no idea how I wanted it to look so was very happy with Kirsty's suggested blunt cut with a little shaping around my face. Washed, cut and blow dried I was immediately taken with how much lighter it felt and looks. Leaving the studio I realised I now felt happy with my hair for the first time in months. I had a wonderful experience at Sophia’s salon! I had previously lost confidence in salons, having had a bad experience a few years ago, but Sophia instantly put me at ease. She effortlessly recreated exactly what I had asked for with regards to colour and style without hesitation. She is friendly, professional and I look forward to my next visit already!
