Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

I loved having my hair cut and blowed dried by Sophie, she very kindly used cooler water to wash my hair it was heaven what with hot weather. Sophie did a brilliant job and even had a bottle of cold water on hand from the chiller, fantastic thank you.

This has been, the best service I’ve ever had. Full transformation from colour to cut, all the way to Extensions. So welcoming, and professional. Michael really put the effort in when it came to the small details and cared about the process and the end result. This was a full, “mummy makeover” for me and I feel like I can see myself again. Today has meant more than just my hair, this has meant the world to me. To invest in someone that knows exactly what you want and how to do it is priceless! I cannot recommend Michael enough, and will never be going anywhere else!

Such a great experience at the salon with Laura. A last minute change on the appt plan due to the weather and Laura did a beautiful up do for me. She was totally flexible with the changes and an amazing result. Loved it ❤️ Will definitely return!

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I can’t recommend her or Michael enough. This is my second time visiting and certainly will not be my last! Thank you so much :)

Zara-Jade was amazing! My cut and highlights were done to perfection, and I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise. She was incredibly friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I cannot recommend Zara-Jade enough.

First visit to Michael , I am one of the many wanting to embrace my natural colour now after years of highlighting my hair - I had grown the highlights out for 6 months. Michael toned my hair to blend the old highlights in and then did a great choppy cut. Haircut fabulous, colour is great - just different/darker to how I normally have it - blends well though. Let’s see if I can get used to it! Excellent friendly professional service and advice.

I love how Laura does my highlights! I never know how to explain what it is I am imagining, but Laura takes the time to discuss everything with me and gives me her input and I absolutely love the end result!! Very friendly atmosphere, happy staff and fabulous organic products that have changed the condition of my hair! Thank you 🙏 xx

This salon is totally chic but also very friendly. Josh is an amazing hairdresser and seems to know exactly how you want your hair. Prices are very reasonable for such an upmarket salon. Highly recommended.

Older lady here! Booked to get a few warm blonde, highlights to break up my grey, dull, hair. This was my first time seeing Michael and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and friendliness and understanding of what I actually wanted! Hair is perfect! I decided I wanted to change things up and add a little more brown to my balayage but not make it too dark and Michael did it exactly as imagined! To top it off I even got treated to a homemade caramel iced latte and a head massage, so no complaints here!
