Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Never disappoints!!! I get compliments on my hair DAILY. Hugo’s colour and extension talent is unmatched. Not to mention how lovely and welcoming everyone at the salon are !

Maria ist fantastic! She is very kind, patient, helpful, she listens and gives sound advice. Oh, and she is really good at haircutting, too, and I always love my highlights! Actually, thinking about it, since I found her I am really happy and relaxed with my hair for the first time in my life (and I am almost 60!).

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I can’t recommend her or Michael enough. This is my second time visiting and certainly will not be my last! Thank you so much :)

Hadn’t been for a while and my grey roots needed sorting. Rosie expertly blended my greys with my natural colour using low lights and highlights. My hair looks and feels great. Lovely coffee, biscuit and positivity sticker. Great atmosphere as always. Thank you and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ♥️

Had highlights, toner& root smudge done today with Ruby & Blow dry with Brooke I’m really pleased with tihe results , really natural looking , I wasn’t sure what I really wanted/needed & Ruby recommended colours which I love , Thankyou Ruby& Brooke amazing as usual xx

First visit to Michael , I am one of the many wanting to embrace my natural colour now after years of highlighting my hair - I had grown the highlights out for 6 months. Michael toned my hair to blend the old highlights in and then did a great choppy cut. Haircut fabulous, colour is great - just different/darker to how I normally have it - blends well though. Let’s see if I can get used to it! Excellent friendly professional service and advice.

Zara-Jade was amazing! My cut and highlights were done to perfection, and I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise. She was incredibly friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I cannot recommend Zara-Jade enough.

Older lady here! Booked to get a few warm blonde, highlights to break up my grey, dull, hair. I visited today to be a ‘model’ for some trainees. I had highlights in a ‘T section’ along with a trim and a blast drying (my hair dries so fast anyway). At any one point I had at least two people working on my hair and I must say everything was perfect….

I never know how to explain what it is I am imagining, but Laura takes the time to discuss everything with me and gives me her input and I absolutely love the end result!! Hair is perfect! I decided I wanted to change things up and add a little more brown to my balayage but not make it too dark and Michael did it exactly as imagined! To top it off I even got treated to a homemade caramel iced latte and a head massage, so no complaints here!
