Absolutely amazing 😍🥳 100% after trying 3 eye lash tech’s in norwich always disappointed but went to glambox had the lovely Shayla and I’m just sooo HAPPY with the lashes I got.. I almost cried with happiness .. please go to glambox they are amazing girls and such a laugh there.. defiantly a little girl pad I’ll be going back all the time without question 😍🥰

First time visiting and I’m really happy with the experience. My nails look amazing — classic, elegant, and beautifully finished. I also really appreciated the hygiene standards, especially how carefully Giulia disinfected the tools and materials used. Very professional and welcoming — I’ll definitely be coming back.

I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I visited this cosmetic studio recently and couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing — exactly what you need. Galka is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain every step clearly. She used high‑quality products and paid great attention to detail, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout. The results are natural, flawless, and exactly what I wanted. I’ve already noticed such a difference and feel so much more confident. Great value for money and service.

I had a cut and colour with Macy today. She was attentive and made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted anything. Macy was chatty but it didnt slow her down. I sat in the comfiest chairs, the wash basin even had a built in foot rest! I discussed my fav colours and she knew just want would work for my hair and skin type. Macy curled my hair and gave me tips on how to make them last. She used Milkshake products which I love! Overall was a lovely experience and will definitely going back! Thank you xx

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Jasmine was lovely and explained everything during the appointment as I’d never had BIAB before. She helped me choose a nice natural colour and explained how and when to have infills. We chatted throughout and she made me feel at ease with her friendly and welcoming tone. Have booked for next month already! She was so quick as well

As always, Giulia is amazing. She is professional, incredibly helpful, and consistently delivers the most beautiful manicures and pedicures. I would highly recommend her, my nails always last so well and grow out beautifully. She has an incredible selection of colours and, most importantly, places a strong focus on nail health, always offering thoughtful advice and ensuring nails stay healthy. Simply the best!
