Victoria did my hair beautifully as always, and I'm very happy with the result. I just wanted to share some feedback about the atmosphere in the salon. Today I felt a little uncomfortable because another stylist in the speaking in another language for much of the appointment. As a Black woman, having my hair done can leave me feeling quite self-conscious, so I really value an environment where I feel relaxed and included. When conversations are taking place around me in a language I don't understand, especially while people are looking in my direction, it can leave me feeling like an outsider

Honestly, I can't express how happy I am with my haircut. I have always avoided going to hair salons cos I never left one without feeling somewhat disappointed. It was never really how I wanted it, and the stylists I had before never really bothered to checking in with me throughout the whole process. William was the opposite. He checked with me frequently, asked if I was okay with the length, and assured me we could correct it later. It was the warmest and most comfortable visit I have ever had. I am beyond happy with my hair and will definitely come back from now on! Thank you William!

She did an amazing job with my brow lamination! I’m really happy with the results—they look natural, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. She was professional, gentle, and made the whole experience comfortable. I really liked her work and would definitely recommend her!

I had such a great experience at this private studio. As a hijabi, the privacy and comfort made such a big difference — it was so convenient and I felt completely at ease the whole time. Esma was amazing from start to finish. She helped me choose the right shades that suited my skin tone, and since it was my first time getting highlights, she explained everything clearly and made me feel confident. She also managed to get rid of my orange/copper tones and blended everything beautifully. I walked out feeling so happy with the result. Highly recommend her.

Mitesh was absolutely amazing. he really understood what i wanted and took time to understand and booked me in for a consultation. his haircut is brilliantly amazing!!! i am so so so happy with my toner and haircut and will definitely be back for a balayage later this year!!! thankyou to mitesh and the team they were incredible and very gentle and respectful.

This was my first time visiting the salon for an ombre, couldn’t be happier with the experience. Soli is incredibly talented, professional, and truly lovely. Not only is she highly skilled, but she is also one of the kindest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. My hair was quite damaged, yet she created a beautiful ombré without causing any further damage. The colour turned out amazing, and the treatment left my hair feeling so much healthier. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness you receive here is something you rarely find anywhere else in London.Highly recommended

Absolutely loved my first closure appointment with Rian! She was so warm, friendly and easy to chat to, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I've had so many compliments on my hair already, and the style is absolutely perfect for both my 21st birthday and my graduation.
