I had such an amazing experience at Zaira Rose! I came in for half head highlights but because my hair was in terrible condition, Nisa did colour correction as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. The colour correction was done carefully—my hair went from uneven and brassy to beautifully blended. The highlights are absolutely perfect. The whole atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and relaxing, and the team was incredibly friendly and attentive.

This was my first time visiting the salon as having moved form South of England to West London I was in need of a new salon. As I have naturally curly hair I was also looking for a salon that specialised in cutting curly hair. I was a bit nervous at first as this was a new hairdresser, but Amber definitely has a very good knowledge bank when it comes to curly hair. I knew I was in safe hands. I was very pleased with my cut as my curls came back to life. This salon will now be my go to place for all hair needs.

I had a beautiful balayage and cut by Aneda. The blending was seamless and she was careful to take into account some historic colour left in my ends to get a perfect shade. She took time to check about the cut and listen to what I wanted. The staff all made me feel very relaxed and welcome.

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair colored (highlights, etc.) and a haircut here. The service was extremely professional, and the staff were warm and welcoming. On top of that, the prices were very affordable, which made the whole experience even better. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back!

This was the first time I went to a hairdresser in the UK, and I have to say it couldn’t have gone better! Sara was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process, explaining every step and carefully listening to what I wanted to achieve! I love the highlights, as well as the cut and the finish. I can’t say enough good things about Athena. She is an absolute gem. I came in with a balayage that desperately needed correcting, and not only did she fix it, she perfectly colour corrected it — which is so rare to find. Her attention to detail and knowledge of colour is incredible. On top of being amazing at what she does, she’s also one of the nicest people you’ll meet. She made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Truly grateful I found her. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Athena !
