Fantastic customer service as always, I was greeted with a warm welcome and enjoyed the overall experience. As for the hair, it was perfect, it always is here which is why I always put my trust in Stori staff as a whole. They really are the dream team.

I've always walked past the salon and never thought of popping in until I need a trim real fast. On my arrival I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff member, my wait time only felt like 5 mins, I was then greeted and serviced by a lovely lady by the name of Emily. Who did wonderful job at washing and trimming my hair. The one thing I loved most was the blow drying, Emily took her time in sectioning and blow drying my hair due to having Caribbean textured hair. I will ber rebooking again in the future.

Gagan is an amazing stylist. She exceeded my expectations to lift my hair colour and have ash blonde balayage done. She took her time to perfect my hair to match my vision, and exceed it beyond that!

If you want a top tier haircut and banter Ben is the person to go to. Always leave the place feeling brand new, would always recommend Ben whether you have long, short, fine or thick hair. The person to go to within Birmingham.

It was my first time visiting and I had a balayage and haircut done—I’m absolutely in love with the results. Gagan was my stylist and she did an amazing job from start to finish. She took great care with my hair and made sure to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. The end result exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend!

My hair is STUNNING. Connor is so professional, talented and brilliant at his job. I'm really precious of my hair and I trust him completely. He took so much time putting foils in, sectioning my hair and blending. My blonde looks flawless and blends with my natural hair beautifully. Would recommend him time and time again! If you're unsure, go for it! Your hair is in amazing hands!

As usual an all round good experience here. It's easy to get to, friendly staff and good service. I don't live in Birmingham but travel here to get my hair cut whilst having a day out in Brum! Prices are very reasonable too

Very professional, as always, but in a comfortable way. Lovely coffee and does exactly what I want each and every time without doing something which wouldnt suit me, work for my hair. Ant is clearly experienced in this field and the salon is lovely, everyone is welcoming and its an easy location to park at considering its central birmingham. I travel from Tamworth and its always such an easy route. I also have very thick hair and normally takes hours to highlight/dry but Ant has been doing this a while which means he has the ability to be swift without cutting corners. Recommend to anyone.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. Erin did an amazing job with my balayage! She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave great suggestions. The blending is flawless, and the colour looks so natural. I’m beyond happy with the result and will definitely be going back!

Finally I went with balayage and I'm so happy I did! Wanted to keep my length and just brighten it up with a few layers and lighter colour. Demi completely got what I was failing miserably to describe. Thank you :)

Love my colour and new haircut by ant. Listens and offers his expertise every visit. He is confident in what he does and I love my hair every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I don’t live in birmingham any more. Worth the visit to see ant and the lovely salon.
