As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

Here’s a smoother version: My dad was really happy with his experience and said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had. Sev focused on the areas where he was experiencing pain and my dad said he would definitely go back again. Sev was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does.

The experience was brilliant from start to finish. A warm welcome alongside being very informative with what was going to happen, what to expect and aftercare advice due to being a first time. I would recommend Vicky to anyone she was lovely and very good at what she did! 10/10.

My experience with Jodi-Ann was great. I had my eye lashes done and even though i blinked a lot she was very patient with me.i felt very comfortable with her and she was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely go back.

Omg! That has got to be the BEST back massage and facial ive had to date (ive had many). For me, its not just about the great quality of the products used but its how comfortable i felt during my visit. Charnel was warm and friendly and chatted with me at times when i wanted a chin wag. She explained what products she was using and the benefits of them. A great touch was the heated blanket i was laid on, it was so cosy, yes, i fell asleep. Im so excited for my next visit! Thank you for being so welcoming & i love your new shop! Gorgeous!

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

What a hidden gem! Such a warm, inviting and safe place the ladies have created. My massage was amazing, delivered by a miracle worker. :) I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends. I had an absolutely amazing massage with Tukky today and genuinely couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From the beginning, she was so warm, attentive and professional, and really listened to what I needed. She tailored and adjusted the massage throughout to make sure it was exactly right for me, which made such a difference! I had the Back Me Please- Fiona was so lovely - checked on my aches and pains before starting and the level of massage I wanted. She talked me through the massage and gave me tips to help loosen my neck and shoulders. Would definitely visit again!

Nancy was lovely and was so attentive to the amount of pressure to apply on my back. She checked to make sure I was okay throughout my massage and gave me great after care advice. Highly recommended. Stars are all 5 !!

Absolutely loved my Swedish and lymphatic massages today 😍 Lauren was so lovely and welcoming, and we got along so well which made the whole experience even more comfortable.
