I booked in with Emma for a cut and balayage, and still absolutely love the results! I'm a busy mum who likes something low maintenance and Emma was great at offering some ideas to try. She is friendly, easy to chat to and I loved the finish with curls which really showed off the balayage. Highly recommend!

First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Anna. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She’s such a lovely, kind person, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She listened carefully to everything I wanted, gave great advice, and absolutely brought my vision to life. First time here and came in from a hydrafacial with Laura. It was a fantastic facial and my skin feels great afterwards. Laura was lovely and we had a great wee chat and laugh. I felt very comfortable and welcomed and will definitely be back.
