This was not just a massage — it felt like a beautiful duet between a healer and a tired body. Every movement, every touch felt deeply intuitive, as if my body was finally being heard and understood. It was an experience of true care, restoration, and healing. The most beautiful part was that the feeling didn’t end when I left — with every hour afterwards, I felt better and better, lighter, calmer, and more connected to myself again. Thank you My Dear Lilia for such a truly special experience. It was far more than a massage — it was something my body and soul genuinely needed.

Great first experience

I had an absolutely wonderful holistic therapy session that went far beyond a regular massage. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of calm and care. The therapist intuitively understood what my body and mind needed, combining gentle techniques with deep relaxation. It wasn’t just about relieving tension — it felt like a complete reset for my whole system. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply restored both physically and emotionally. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for true healing and inner harmony.

Dr Zhao is a professional and experienced practitioner. She listened and explained, adequately. Will come back for further treatment. So far, at least 70% being better.

Dr Zhao is a hidden gem. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the consultation period to my first acupuncture treatment. Dr Zhao was very thorough, she asked questions, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained her assessment of my condition and treatment plan. There was no pressure to rebook or buy anything. I felt very comfortable and confident in her ability. I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now that I have discovered her. I would recommend her 100%

The Thai yoga massage was an incredible experience! It’s unlike any traditional massage — a perfect blend of stretching, movement, and deep pressure that left my body feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapist guided my body through flowing stretches while working on tension points, and I could feel my flexibility improving instantly. It was both energising and deeply relaxing at the same time. After the session, I felt taller, lighter, and full of energy. Definitely a must-try if you want something truly transformativ. Thank You my dear Lilia

It was my first-ever acupuncture appointment, and I’m so happy to say that Dr. Zhao is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I feel amazing — I came in with very strong upper neck pain, and I already feel so much better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions. It’s absolutely worth the money!

Today I had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Xuejing Zhao. I was met by a very nice and friendly doctor. She is a very competent specialist in her profession. The doctor carefully listened to my problems and invited me to the treatment room. It is very clean, warm and cozy. Dr. Zhao treated me very carefully and I felt very comfortable here, I liked the acupuncture. I am very glad to have met this kind and qualified doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Zhao.
