Surpassed my expectations!!! The ambiance was relaxing and peaceful and the decor was just right not excessive or minimal. My technician was Jalisa and she was friendly, attentive and professional. She gives an awesome hand massage!!! Rhenea is awesome!! A professional. Throughout my service she asked how I was doing and made me feel comfortable. This cozy spa was serene and immediately calming. The massage struck the perfect balance between relaxing and firm just where it was needed. Rhenea’s voice was incredibly soothing, she was warm yet professional, recommending next steps & home helps. I was so grateful for the opportunity after the service to get up at my own pace. She even offered me tea! She made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and great conversation—it felt like catching up with an old friend! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the foot soak to the massage, and paid attention to every detail. My feet feel amazing, and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed.
