By far, this is definitely one of the best ever if not, the best indeed i've ever experienced getting full body spa massage.. The staffs are all very polite & helpful in any way they can be of service to ensure the customers are getting the best in what they need or looking for.. Can really feel & tell the difference as compared to others elsewhere whenever i did my massages.. Their hospitality & professionalism are really making my day an enjoyable time.. I told my wife, that I feel most assured & will surely return again.. I would like to personally thank Rosa & Riza for everything..

I recently visited Spa Central Batam and had an amazing experience with Aya. From the moment the session started, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. Her massage technique was strong, consistent, and very relaxing — exactly what I needed after a tiring week. You can really tell she has experience and passion in her work. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Batam. Highly recommend requesting Aya if you visit Spa Central Batam. The masseuse has great massage technique, however she was feeling a bit unwell and keep coughing during my session (despite wearing mask), it's a bit concerning for me and making my session slightly unpleasant.

Had a wonderful experience at spa central Batam! Ms. Aya was my masseuse and she did a great job, and was very warm and friendly. She massaged me wherever I had pain and required the treatment. Very polite and gentle. Would be here again soon.

Both my husband & I love our couple massage with therapists Tami & Husna. I opted for kids massage for my 2 boys as well and they rate it 10/10 & even slept throughout their massage. They also enjoyed the mini playground after their massage. Really glad I came across a spa that caters to parents & their kids. Appreciated the spa's complimentary pick-up as well. Keep it up Spa Central! 😊

The 2 ladies are quite skillful to perform massages for my wife and me. We are happy with the service. My opinion is why for couple, we have to pay $30k, my reason is 2 persons more revenue than 1 person, therefore you should not charge $30k extra, I went to Suam oxdessy, no couple room charge.

Fantastic services by Spa Sentral Baloi. All their staffs are friendly, clean and comfortable environment. Dianty and Martha’s massage skills were great, just the right pressure and on point. My husband and I had full day massages, facial, classic pedi and head spa. When the driver sent us back to the hotel, we were refreshed and felt relaxed.
