I booked in with Donna at Lionessence Sports Massage specifically to target some severe tightness and discomfort in my right shoulder, and the experience was fantastic. With her nursing background, Donna is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly where the tension was rooted. I walked in with restricted movement and left feeling completely loosened up with a massive release of tension. The SB Fitness Gym has a great setup, and Donna is highly professional. Highly recommended.

Wasn't feeling great before appointment, Deanna friendly as always, listened to my issues as she always does, tailored treatment for my issues. Nearly fell asleep as treatment was working, felt so much better after the session. Deanna is so passionate and professional with acupuncture 😃

Deanna made me feel so welcome and relaxed from the moment I met her. I have had a testing time with ivf so far and Deanna listened to me and my journey, gave guidance and reassurance that’s it’s okay to feel the way I am feeling. The accupuncture was so relaxing and Deannas knowledge and experience definitely made me feel at ease.

I had a cupping therapy session with Anthony and it was an excellent experience. Having seen Deanna for the first time 6 weeks ago I was very unsure of what to expect if anything at all. So here goes in January I had a runny nose that would not stop and felt tired constantly. Several visits to doctors for medication and no improvement came i felt worse than ever even going to the bathroom was hard work. You may say depressed but no I felt completely flat and had no energy. It turned out had mrsa. I bit the bullet and booked acupuncture after reading up on it and I can honestly say each week I felt a little better. I feel alive again. Deanna is a lovely woman and helpful.

Had my first ever massage today with Donna for a pulled calf, after being in agony for two days with it, I walked out completely brand new. She put me at ease, explained everything she was doing and why. Gave great after care advice and completely tailored the experience to me. Would recommend her to anyone suffering with muscle pain.
