I had a fantastic first time experience with the staff at the studio by Alex, after they were recommended to me, their knowledge and skills are impressive. I felt reassured when the staff confidently took control of my hair colour consultation and appointment. I had felt uneasy and unsure even trying to explain what I wanted my hair to look like after stupidly having a go at colouring it myself. Another lovely haircut by Natalie who is so friendly, knowledgeable and full of helpful advice to get your hair in the best condition. Only my 2nd visit today and already my hair is much more manageable and in lovely condition. I feel like Nat really listens to what you want, offers advice and tips to help with home styling and is so friendly and welcoming. Very happy to recommend!
