Had a lovely massage with Natasha today and would definitely recommend. I booked a Swedish massage, but after discussing what I was looking for, she adapted the pressure to something between a Swedish and a deep tissue massage, which was perfect for me. She was very flexible and attentive throughout. She also kindly included a little extra time for an Indian head massage that I hadn't booked in advance, which was a lovely addition. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well looked after. I'll definitely be booking Natasha again. Thank you!

Been coming to Core Therapy for years and see Richard - He has an in depth knowledge of the body and has sent me home with different movements and exercises to help improve my mobility and strength. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic deep tissue massage from Garry. I have a trigger point deep under my shoulder blade and he did a perfect job of releasing it. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and he is clearly very knowledgeable about the body and was able to answer my questions. I feel much better after my treatment.

Wonderful deep tissue massage. The room was relaxing and cosy (despite Core Therapies being in the middle of moving!). Natasha took the time to make me feel comfortable at every stage of the massage. I have been suffering with painful knots in my shoulders and neck and she did an amazing job of working them out. She also used hot stones and oils which were lovely. I feel relaxed, renewed and pain free!

My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!
