Richard is both a lovely guy to chat to and an excellent sports therapist. He expertly diagnosed my injuries and corrected some significant misalignment and eased my injuries. He also provided a rehab plan for me to aid my longer term recovery.

Excellent as always core therapies in this case the founder Rachel immediate results with structural rebalancing and I have to tell you as a massage therapist that during any type of treatment one structural, realign, balances and optimizes the results, posture changes the way you live, very important to take care of it. I recommend a structural rebalancing to everyone.

I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Laurian is a great practitioner, very kind and empathetic and very clearly talks through everything so you know what to expect.

Had a wonderful 90-minute deep tissue full body massage with Natasha today. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The pressure was perfect, and she really worked on the areas holding tension. I left feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and still slightly blissed out hours later. Exactly what I needed. Had a lovely massage with Natasha today and would definitely recommend. I booked a Swedish massage, but after discussing what I was looking for, she adapted the pressure to something between a Swedish and a deep tissue massage, which was perfect for me. She was very flexible and attentive throughout. She also kindly included a little extra time for an Indian head massage that I hadn't booked in advance, which was a lovely addition. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well looked after. I'll definitely be booking Natasha again. Thank you!
