It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

Absolutely amazing pregnancy massage with Becky, from head to toe was so relaxing. Some lovely deep relaxation and tension release with plenty of communication to check my comfort throughout. Thoroughly recommend!

Hair cut was awful, stylist kept complaining about my hair and pulling it roughly every time she combed it, I had such a debilitating headache after my appointment that I had to squint to see properly and had wanted to leave for a while. But the massage was divine and helped my head feel a little better so when I left I wasn’t dizzy anymore and could go home for medication and a nap to help my head. Loved the calm soft nature at the head massage.

Had a wonderful 90-minute deep tissue full body massage with Natasha today. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The pressure was perfect, and she really worked on the areas holding tension. I left feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and still slightly blissed out hours later. Exactly what I needed. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the skin fitness ultimate glow facial with Georgia. Georgia instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. The treatment itself was informative as well as extremely relaxing. The facial has left my skin glowing! Especially enjoyed the addition of head/arm & décolletage massage. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely massage with Natasha today and would definitely recommend. I booked a Swedish massage, but after discussing what I was looking for, she adapted the pressure to something between a Swedish and a deep tissue massage, which was perfect for me. She was very flexible and attentive throughout. She also kindly included a little extra time for an Indian head massage that I hadn't booked in advance, which was a lovely addition. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well looked after. I'll definitely be booking Natasha again. Thank you!
