My favourite therapist! Karen knows what I want to achieve in every session, sometimes my skin needs to be hydrated and sometimes it needs to be brightened. For all the sessions that have been with her, she is able to customise to my needs. Highly recommended.

Great experience at NEAU :) I don't do facials often, but decided to go for one after experiencing dry skin for some time.
