Paula was amazing I felt completely at ease the whole time and left feeling so relaxed and free from the pain I was feeling in my left shoulder. I couldn’t recommend her enough I’ll be telling all my friends about her and I’ll definitely be booking back in for another treatment soon x

Abi was professional, respectful and had a calming influence throughout my treatment today. The facial, back massage and foot massage was first class. Had a lovely experience getting my gel nails done – such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere from the moment I arrived. You can tell she really cares about the final result – an absolute perfectionist (in the best way!). If something isn’t quite right, she’ll start again without hesitation to make sure your nails look flawless. Really pleased with how mine turned out – I’ll definitely be back!

As always I had a lovely visit to Chrysalis. I had a microdermabration facial which was relaxing. I was able to discuss possible new treatments and reviewed up and coming appointments. Very productive.

Highly recommend. I used someone else for years to do my intimate waxing, so was a little nervous at my first appointment with Emily. However, she immediately put me at ease, answered my questions before starting. I was surprised at how little pain I experienced during the whole procedure. Was used to expecting some pain previously. Emily was very professional. I will definitely be booking in again.

Emily was so lovely and made me feel welcome and ease straight away. I've had hot wax before and it was the most painful thing ever but I didn't want to make a fuss, and I couldn't even feel most of it happening, over before I knew it with next to no pain. Definitely recommend as so flexible with appointment times to fit you in.

I’ve had Ellie do my nails, she is absolutely fantastic I came in with very bad nails as I was a biter. I’ve been a few times now and they have grown and my nails are lots better from before I came here. So would absolutely recommend Ellie x
