I always have such a relaxing experience here. He is incredibly attentive, making sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I especially appreciate how he focuses on my problem areas—he’s been great at helping to relieve tension in my hips, which I’ve struggled with for a while. I always leave feeling much more relaxed and mobile. I’ve already recommended him to my friends and they had a great experience! Thank you 🙏🏽

I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

I had a facial with Laura and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The setting was calm and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease. Laura took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s specific needs, which I really appreciated. She is warm, kind, and clearly knows her craft. The quality of her work speaks for itself. I left feeling completely refreshed and genuinely happy with the results. Will definitely be going back!! ✨

I was apprehensive at first. I booked sleep deprived at 2am at a really good price, I’ve been in so much discomfort with my back for far too long. The space was very clean and professional, the welcome was warm and I felt very safe to relax. I booked the deep tissue back massage and although uncomfortable at times, (the nature of what I asked for) he has worked an absolute miracle! I don’t get massages often, however I will be booking again to try get in once a month as a treat. I rang 3 people on the way home to express how brilliant it was! Thank you so much for today and see you again! X

It was my first time getting a spa and honestly from the moment I stepped in everyone made me feel so welcomed. The zen hair spa was amazing, my therapist was Olivia and she was amazing, also after my session I met Lois who was so sweet and kind. I would rate my experience 10/10 and would love to come back🫶🏻

Amazing every time! Felt so cared and looked after. My upper back was incredibly tight from weights and Pole fitness. After this session my muscles felt so much more relaxed. The environment is incredibly calming.

During a previous visit, Meesha noticed I had tight shoulders from all of the hoop and pole I've been doing recently. So for this visit, she done a sports massage on my shoulders and a nice relaxing massage on my back. Felt good as new afterwards. One of the reasons I go to Meesha is that as she also trains hoop and pole, she knows what my body is going through and can recommend the best treatment based on my needs.

Absolutely gorgeous! The treatment that just kept giving I had the ultimate self care day- so worth it! I love to get massages, facials and things but never really thought about my scalp and the role it plays in my wellbeing- But I will be from now on! Felt the tension wash away from my scalp, the products smell amazing Chloe was gorgeous too and really knowledgable about needs and products etc all the girls as soon as your enter are lovely. I had the most beautiful lymphatic drainage treatment with Rachel. Even just from stepping into her stunning treatment space it surpassed expectations. I don't know how to sum it up, but it was therapy for the mind, body and soul without a doubt. What a special gift Rachel has. Stacey is great, the most loveliest person. Love getting my massages and always look forward to my next ones. She used some balm on me today to help with my eczema and my skin feels great nice and soft. So not only is she helping me with my pain she’s also helping me with my skin. I haven’t been able to go for about 4 months due to healing from surgery. Today was my first session back with Serhii and I feel like A NEW WOMAN already! I feel incredible with immediate relief from my shoulder pain. He is THE BEST! Utterly amazing! Felt like my whole upper body had been opened back up. Didn’t realise how tense and hunched I was until afterwards. Back and chest felt wide and my shoulder instantly felt 100x better.
