It was my first time getting a spa and honestly from the moment I stepped in everyone made me feel so welcomed. The zen hair spa was amazing, my therapist was Olivia and she was amazing, also after my session I met Lois who was so sweet and kind. I would rate my experience 10/10 and would love to come back🫶🏻

I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but my 2-hour full body deep tissue massage with Em was absolutely incredible. The business itself is so lovely, and I felt at ease the moment I stepped through the door. Em took the time to ask about my aches and pains and really listened. Throughout the session, she worked deeply and with so much care on the problem areas, and I could actually feel the knots melting away. By the end, I felt like I was 10 years younger—lighter, looser, and completely renewed. Em puts in real effort and skill, and it shows. I will definitely be back again!

I Booked a full body massage and a head massage and It's left me feeling very relaxed, I suffer with back and neck pain and I feel it's eased after that session, Stacey was very professional and friendly and felt as ease. Will definitely book again. Thanks very much 🙂

I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

I had a facial with Laura and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The setting was calm and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease. Laura took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s specific needs, which I really appreciated. She is warm, kind, and clearly knows her craft. I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.

I haven’t been able to go for about 4 months due to healing from surgery. Today was my first session back with Serhii and I feel like A NEW WOMAN already! I feel incredible with immediate relief from my shoulder pain. He is THE BEST! Absolutely gorgeous! The treatment that just kept giving I had the ultimate self care day- so worth it! I love to get massages, facials and things but never really thought about my scalp and the role it plays in my wellbeing- But I will be from now on! Felt the tension wash away from my scalp, the products smell amazing Chloe was gorgeous too and really knowledgable about needs and products etc all the girls as soon as your enter are lovely. One of the most refreshing and relaxing experiences, even from waking into the salon everyone is very welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease from the get go. It was my first time using Absolute Thai and I highly recommend. Went in for neck, back and shoulders but you also get the whole experience. She works all over your body before starting on the specific areas. The stretching throughout the massage is amazing, I walked out feeling relaxed and I swear taller. The pressure was amazing, and she asked if it was ok and would adjust if needed. Honestly five stars all round. I will be back.

I have had so many massages around the Wirral due to always struggling with constant pain and poor posture, and trying to find the right person is difficult. Serhii is the perfect person for getting rid of any tension or pain. He is INCREDIBLE!! Serhii is extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly has healing hands!! I feel like a new woman from just two sessions. Also it was cold outside, he even heated my shoes for me so they were warm on my feet when I left! I've had several massages from Stacey, but today I chose a double treatment. I booked a maintenance massage and an Indian head massage. The maintenance massage was just what I needed to relax and helped me get rid of my aches and pains, especially across my back and shoulders. I felt amazing afterwards. The Indian head massage was great and I could believe just how much tension I held in my scalp, I also really enjoyed the face massage. I can't wait to book my next session. Thank you!

I had the most beautiful lymphatic drainage treatment with Rachel. Even just from stepping into her stunning treatment space it surpassed expectations. I don't know how to sum it up, but it was therapy for the mind, body and soul without a doubt. What a special gift Rachel has. Had once again the most amazing massage today at Noubalm. I can’t recommend this place enough x From the moment you walk in Vicki is there on reception with the loveliest smile and greeting to the expert staff who make you feel so relaxed and at ease . Had a fab massage today with Lynne . I just love this place and can’t wait to come back . It’s the added extras after your treatment too love the herbal teas .
