Dominika was friendly and professional. Massage was very relaxing. Only thing that kept it from being great was occasional outside noise from people in reception and slightly uncomfortable headrest.

Cristina is best of the best! She does my hair for more than two years and I’m always very happy with the result. She is also very kind and friendly person so it’s always a nice visit. I particularly loved head massage and steam at my last visit, I felt I was at the spa!

Everyone goes out of their way at N&N Joseph. Today was such a lovely day at the clinic. I had the head neck and back massage and an express facial. Super relaxing and I felt it was a personalised experience (as always!) and I am constantly recommending my friend go here.

I booked the head spa for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Iwona is a truly kind and caring person who clearly cares about giving her customers the best experience. The head massage was heavenly and I felt like I was floating on a cloud. Iwona washed my hair and it feels and looks amazing, then styled it. I felt so happy when I saw how my hair looked and it feels so healthy and nourished. The spa is so luxurious cozy and clean. I would really recommend this service, for two hours of intense tlc it’s amazing value for money.

I booked an Indian head massage, expecting it to be limited to my head, but I was treated to a wonderfully relaxing full body experience. Ashanti began our session by stimulating pressure points on my feet and legs, before working on my upper back and shoulder knots, and finally gave me a tingly scalp and neck massage. The perfect way to spend half an hour.

My haircut with Tatsu was exceptional! He is a perfectionist, refining every centimeter for a flawless transition— both on straight or styled hair. His precision is unmatched, the best I’ve experienced in London. Beyond his skill, the salon offers a relaxing experience—gentle hair washing, a head and neck massage, and a warm towel infused with essential oils. Thank you, Tatsu, for your incredible professionalism and for giving me the perfect haircut I had been searching for and everyone before you told me it is not possible on my hair!

I have received the best hair cut ever exactly as I wanted it. The young gentleman that cut my hair was very professional and skilled. All the staff was super welcoming and I have to say the shampoo head massage made me almost feel asleep, defenetly an A++++

I booked for a permanent colour, but ended up including a cut as well. Maria was fantastic, I love the colour she did, her cut was professional and exactly what I was looking for. On top of everything her head massage was awesome, I was almost asleep. Can definitely recommend this salon.
