Maria was great and gave me an excellent reflexology session and at the end she gave me a few minutes extra of neck and head massage. Very kind and considerate therapist and very good at her job. Felt so much better when I left.

Cristina is best of the best! She does my hair for more than two years and I’m always very happy with the result. She is also very kind and friendly person so it’s always a nice visit. I particularly loved head massage and steam at my last visit, I felt I was at the spa!

Wow what an amazing experience! The staff are super lovely and my therapist Zena was wonderful at talking me through the process. You first have a scalp analysis and thankfully I did not have any major issues other than some product build up. The room in which you have your treatment is very warm & cosy. When we got started I honestly lost count of the different types of head massage techniques that were done. I zoned out completely which is the sign of a good massage! Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!

Everyone goes out of their way at N&N Joseph. Today was such a lovely day at the clinic. I had the head neck and back massage and an express facial. Super relaxing and I felt it was a personalised experience (as always!) and I am constantly recommending my friend go here.

Incredible discovery! Therapist start with a diagnosis of your scalp to tailor the use of products. The treatment starts with a great neck, shoulders, face massage. The headspa is a full experience, with massage as the products are applied with different tools and the feeling is amazing. It let me fully disconnect, relax, I loved it! You end with your hair being dried, and feel renewed. Fantastic bonus are products, all natural and with incredible smells. Only suggestion would be great to have headphones with relaxing music to stop noises. That being said, still fully enjoyed! Highly recommend

Such a beautiful experience and facial. Felt leaving in peace and a shining skin! The ambience and warmth of the space is so worth every moment- definitely recommend gaining for a treatment, it was my first but I’ve already booked my next! Highlight was the heated bed and massage on the shoulders/neck/arm while the face mask was on. Feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

Had my first session at Bayou. It was amazing. Hats off to Sonia. One of the best facials with head and neck massage I have had in a very long time. The rest of the team were very helpful and a delight to talk to. Great atmosphere and the best herbal tea to finish the session. Will visit again. 5 Stars!

Had the most incredible experience at The Head Spa UK! Precious was so attentive to my needs and allergies her care was exceptional. Shan and Precious made us feel relaxed and pampered from start to finish. We booked this for my best friend’s hen and couldn’t have asked for better.
