I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

A couple of days after my visit to the centre, I couldn’t resist to book again, and I’ll do so once back to London! Iwona is just amazing 🫶🏻 The best experience ever! It’s just above the perfection! Anyone can easily sleep between her lovely hands, but I had to resist to enjoy that magical moment! I felt completely relaxed, she took me to the sky and put me on the cloud! The time had come. I desperately needed a cut after growing my hair out for months from a very short style. Last night I took a chance when I arrived in London and scheduled a hair appointment at Shadi. The place looked modern and clean. When I walked in this morning for my 10:00 AM appointment, Mauricio kindly greeted me and started right away transforming my hair with great care. Since my 15+ year massage therapist left London, I’ve been searching for a new one. After 4 visits to Balance , I’m really impressed. This visit, I needed urgent treatment and was booked with Ola. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I arrived full of tension and knots after being unwell and spending days in bed. Ola asked all the right questions, checked in throughout, and worked expertly with firm pressure -especially on my neck. I left feeling completely renewed, with amazing mobility and movement. I walked in with one body and left with another. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

She takes time to think about what really works for each person. Even as an experienced professional, she keeps refining her colouring and cutting skills, showing true passion and dedication. Chiaki is also very friendly and such a lovely person. She has a great sense of humour and makes you feel totally at ease, even on your first visit. Legitimately one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have issues with my hip flexors since a hip replacement and she paid a lot of attention to working those out. My mobility is considerably better since. Also, just the full body massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. A well earned 5 stars. Will make sure to fit it in and seek Natalie out on any visit to London!
