Amazing every single time! From the moment you walk in, the whole experience feels beautiful, empowering and calming. I had a deep tissue massage with Katie, and she helped release months of built-up tension. I genuinely walked out feeling like a new woman and had the best night’s sleep afterwards. I couldn’t recommend Katie enough, especially if you’re a busy mum who needs a bit of a moan, a chance to switch off, and an hour of being absolutely pampered 🫶🏼

I had a sew-in with leave-out at Posh Academy and I’m honestly so impressed. She is incredibly kind, professional, and gentle — I didn’t feel any pain at all, which is rare! 💯 recommend the 2 and a half hr treatment as a mum of 3 I was able to just switch off and relax , treatment was lovely and relaxing just what I wanted and my face after the facial was so shiny and soft loved it and will be back xXx
