I had a wonderful experience at the salon. The team was incredibly accommodating from the moment I arrived, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted rather than rushing the appointment. I had a haircut and eyebrow lamination, and I’m so pleased with both results. The service felt very personalised, and the attention to detail was exceptional. I really appreciated this experience. Assisted stretching with Tanya felt less like a service and more like being cared for by a friend. From the start, I felt completely at ease. She created such a calm, relaxing space and was attentive throughout. Every stretch felt tailored, and I left feeling lighter and more open. It was natural, unhurried, and truly restorative. I didn’t know what to expect from a stretch session but knew it would be beneficial. I was right — I left feeling exceptionally lighter. In a way I’d describe as ‘fluid.’ Throughout the session, Tanya asked if the intensity was ok, ensuring my comfort was paramount. She also identified areas that held tension, giving tips on how to alleviate this. I wholeheartedly recommend. Especially if you are living with a chronic condition; don’t worry about not being able to join a session. I left feeling so happy knowing my body is more than able, despite this.

I can’t recommend Stretch Led enough. Tanya is amazing. She takes time to really listen and understand what’s going on in your body, and you never feel rushed. If you arrive feeling stiff or restricted, she works gently and intuitively to ease it away. I always leave feeling lighter and more mobile. I recommended a friend and she was wowed — she’s been back several times. Tanya truly works with skill and heart.
