I had a deep tissue massage and a face massage with Polly, and both were absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her skill, professionalism, and calming approach made the whole experience truly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and much lighter. Another wonderful experience with Amanda! The best deep tissue massage which is always the right balance of necessary pressure to ease out the kinks and tension, but equally relaxing. I combined this with a microdermabrasion and microneedling and my skin is plump and glowing. Results are evident but the experience as a whole is always just such a treat!

I didn’t know what to expect from a stretch session but knew it would be beneficial. I was right — I left feeling exceptionally lighter. In a way I’d describe as ‘fluid.’ Throughout the session, Tanya asked if the intensity was ok, ensuring my comfort was paramount. She also identified areas that held tension, giving tips on how to alleviate this. I wholeheartedly recommend. Especially if you are living with a chronic condition; don’t worry about not being able to join a session. I left feeling so happy knowing my body is more than able, despite this.

Polly’s deep tissue was incredible. The best I’ve had. She is definitely strong and her massages are very firm, but this is exactly what I like and needed for some very tight muscles. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
