Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Sometimes in a spa large swathes of the male body are ignored by a female therapist, but this was not at all the case here. My body scrub was excellently thorough. I combined my treatment with a 25 minute back massage. Often with a body treatment like a scrub, the accompanying massage is little more than a spreading of cream to rehydrate the body. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this massage was – a good firm pressure to sort out the knots in my shoulders, neck and lower back. My son's first salon experience. 13yr old new to locs and wanted twists. Mumma can't do everything. Lima offered and provided the full salon experience. The dryer was in his words, 'the worst part, but worth it tho'. Anthony welcomed and blessed him with biscuit and drink. King for a day. He felt comfortable and most important, willing to come back, which is a big deal.

I've been seeing Maria Giovanna for facials for a while now and I can't recommend her highly enough. She has a real understanding of reactive and acne prone skin — mine always leaves feeling refreshed and genuinely cared for. I had a hot towel massage on Wednesday, its taken until today to try to find the words worthy of this experience. Sana was like a magician, I arrived my body full of work day stresses, and my face seeped in pollution, and left so cleansed and relaxed I wasn't sure I should be driving home! An hours worth of facial cleansing and massaging, is just divine, at one point it felt like bubbles were being stroked on with a feather 🙃 All finished off with a tension releasing head massage. My skin still feels amazing today, soft, moisturised and refreshed. A great experience, I'm booking again.

I had a lash lift and brow lamination with Dagmara. She was super lovely and the whole process was quick and relaxed. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. I'm really pleased with my final results both my brows and my lashes look amazing!

Mini mani and pedi + full leg waxing. Nails done nicely. Waxing done very quickly. Rrasonable price for everything. My new go-to! The door to the waxing room is facing the public so staff just need to be careful when opening so your privacy is maintained.
