The most amazing salon in the whole of east London. I love coming here and you feel so welcomed. The massages are so relaxing and you come out feeling replenished. The waxing is great too. Would highly recommend a visit!

I had a deep tissue massage and a face massage with Polly, and both were absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her skill, professionalism, and calming approach made the whole experience truly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and much lighter. I had an absolutely brilliant lymphatic drainage massage with Oksana. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique was exceptional — gentle yet very effective — and I could genuinely feel the difference in my body immediately after the session. Another wonderful experience with Amanda! The best deep tissue massage which is always the right balance of necessary pressure to ease out the kinks and tension, but equally relaxing. I combined this with a microdermabrasion and microneedling and my skin is plump and glowing. Results are evident but the experience as a whole is always just such a treat!

The reason for my 5 star rating is. I came in with terrible neck pain and back pain . I took Full Body Posture Adjustment & Wet Cupping Honestly i woke up day after like a brand new man .My pain reduced by 90% Alhamduliah I like how they treat clients by calling them day after the treatment to check how they doing to advise them to keep up with the exercise and do healthy choices in life Once again thank you Bilal may god bless 🤲🏽

I didn’t know what to expect from a stretch session but knew it would be beneficial. I was right — I left feeling exceptionally lighter. In a way I’d describe as ‘fluid.’ Throughout the session, Tanya asked if the intensity was ok, ensuring my comfort was paramount. She also identified areas that held tension, giving tips on how to alleviate this. I wholeheartedly recommend. Especially if you are living with a chronic condition; don’t worry about not being able to join a session. I left feeling so happy knowing my body is more than able, despite this.

Polly’s deep tissue was incredible. The best I’ve had. She is definitely strong and her massages are very firm, but this is exactly what I like and needed for some very tight muscles. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

My therapist, Oksansa, gave me a lovely deep tissue massage. She checked with me regularly that it wasn't too much or too little pressure. I asked her to focus on my neck, shoulders and back which she did. Would definitely recommend and go again.

I can’t recommend Stretch Led enough. Tanya is amazing. She takes time to really listen and understand what’s going on in your body, and you never feel rushed. If you arrive feeling stiff or restricted, she works gently and intuitively to ease it away. I always leave feeling lighter and more mobile. I recommended a friend and she was wowed — she’s been back several times. Tanya truly works with skill and heart.
