I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. She does a great job every time. Additionally, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the coffee is delicious. Thankful my cousin in Hamilton introduced me to their new location.

Nancy is so kind and gracious, she’s my favourite 😍 Mike did an amazing Shellac Jelly Lux Pedicure on me today! I had my manicure and pedicure done by Tony and I couldn’t be happier! He was very gentle, precise, and paid attention to every detail. The whole experience was so relaxing and my nails turned out beautiful. You can tell he really cares about his work. Highly recommend asking for Tony!

Went for a full set and it was super well done, I noticed a difference in the nail strength and quality. My technician was able to reproduce exactly the look I wanted when I showed him the picture.

I just had an amazing laser Brazilian appointment with Claudia and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, making the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. The room itself was spotless, smelled wonderful, and even had great music playing. Claudia is so detailed and meticulous in her work, which really makes a difference, and you can tell she uses top-of-the-line equipment. Seriously, if you're looking for a fantastic experience, I highly recommend Claudia

I had the most AMAZING experience here. It was my first time but Tony did a full set with biogel in 30 minutes and absolutely killed it🔥 we sat for a drink at their bar and the drinks did not disappoint. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely killed my Valentine’s Day nails. I decided to be that client and go with cat eye (sorry) and my tech was AMAZING! Literally had the whole staff coming over to see my heart shaped cat eye design. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Nicole was absolutely amazing as always. So much care and attention to detail to ensure I was happy with everything every step of the way. She’s the reason I continue to get my nails done at Lux. Amazing service. My first ever pedicure and facial anywhere, and i definitely won’t be going anywhere else. All the staff were very friendly and the location was very clean. I also got a bio gel full set and it’s the best set I’ve ever had.

Huge shout to Navi who is an esthetician at Lux. She is wonderful and definitely knows her craft. Had the most incredible facial. Also she did laser for me and some waxing. Navi makes you feel super relaxed and comfortable during treatment. Highly recommend Lux as your go to all things face and body care treatments. Thank you for your high level of service.
