I had a 15 minute consultation and patch test done with Victoria before booking in for a colour/highlights and a cut. Victoria was friendly, knowledgeable at her craft. She listened to me and came up with some valuable input regarding new style and colour ideas. I am excited to go back to have my hair done.

Zoe, Was very Proffesional and very friendly at my appointment today. She made my treatment as painless as possible by always asking if I am alright. My eyebrows look fabulous so far and I have just had a top-up which i know will look good. I have booked in again for some more treatments going forward. I love my visits to Lydia 💕 Today I turned up with a horribly painful crack low down and across my nail. Lydia was so gentle and careful as she worked to fix it and now I have pretty nails again. She’s a fairy godmother of all things pretty and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Great chat, beautiful nails, and a little bit of therapy! 😘 Thank you!

I was very nervous and had waited a long time to take the leap to semi permanent make up. Kamila was reassuring and explained everything thoroughly. She took time in my initial consultation to explain about the process and we looked at colours and when my appointment for my brows arrived I felt completely safe in her chair and actually can’t believe I waited so long to do this! I am thrilled with the results (and the extra time I will have every morning now I don’t have to draw on my eyebrows!) I would highly recommend Kamila.

Molly Rae did my makeup for a wedding and absolutely nailed it! I gave her full creative control, and she chose the perfect glam look to match my outfit. The skin match was flawless, the makeup lasted all day and night. Molly is not only super talented but also kind, professional, and she makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Kamila prior and during my appointment was not only professional but very informative, answering all questions I had about the treatment which straight away put me at ease. Also being thorough with what to expect with my aftercare. I am so happy with the results of my eyebrows and look forward to seeing Kamila again for my top up in a few weeks time. Zoe has been looking after my skin now for about 7 months and I love visiting Zoe every 4 - 5 weeks for my facial treatment to keep on top of my skincare routine. I have to commend Zoe for the care she provides and the advice she gives on all aspects of skincare. I always feel rejuvenated after my micro needling treatment and I my skin looks and feels amazing afterwards . I would recommend Zoe to anyone looking to improve their skin ...her own skin is incredible , she can make yours incredible too. I booked a 45 minute Swedish massage with Amy, and I requested firm pressure. This massage was better than the usual sports massages I get. I will be certain to book in here again during my next visit to York.

Had my make up done by Molly for the first time yesterday for my Hen do and it was perfect, had so many compliments and felt lovely! I’ve had a few sessions with Aimee now and she is so lovely. She makes you feel so comfortable during treatment. Always talking you through what’s happening and always checking to make sure you’re comfortable, it also helps that she’s so chatty, we don’t stop talking the whole time like we’ve known each other for years. I 100% recommend her laser sessions I noticed a big difference after just 2 treatments!!
