Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Since moving to the area, I’d really struggled to find someone I trusted for my lashes and brows — but after being recommended to Molly, I honestly couldn’t be happier. Booking was effortless, and the salon itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully set up. Molly is incredibly knowledgeable and talented; she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made the whole appointment such a lovely experience. Words cannot describe my reiki experience. Kayleigh was so clear explaining the treatment and I immediately felt her warmth and experience. Kayleigh guided me throughout and I trusted her to lead. The whole experience was amazing and I left feeling so relaxed, clear and comforted. Would highly recommend and will be returning again 😊

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Rachael is a truly beautiful soul, who puts you at ease immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques tailored specifically to your body. I absolutely loved my tension-release lymphatic drainage massage. The warm bed was a lovely touch, followed by the hot stones and a thoughtful care package at the end of the treatment to support further detoxification. I even received some Christmas chocolates — such a thoughtful extra touch, that really went the extra mile. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Rachael 🙏🏼💕

Such a good experience. Shafaq was absolutely lovely. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left she was so nice. The treatment was so quick and was better than the other salon I have been to. Definitely recommend.
