Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I booked for waxing and eyebrow tint/thread for the first time with sue and was delighted with Sue’s attention to deal and manner! She’s a fantastic therapist and I would highly recommend her. I’ve now found my new lady for treatments in Coventry 🥰

I had a full leg wax and eyebrow wax, and I’m so happy with the results! The process was quick, professional, and so comfortable. My legs feel super smooth, and my skin looks great, no irritation at all. Neesh is so friendly and professional. It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

I’ve been coming back to this salon three times in a row now, and every visit has been a great experience. Rose has done my haircut each time, and she is absolutely lovely. She really listens to your concerns, understands exactly what you want, and delivers it perfectly. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. I also had my eyebrows threaded yesterday by Aarti, and she did an excellent job. Very neat and gentle, and I was really happy with the result. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable price. A place you can truly trust.

The environment is really nice and calming, makes the painful process much easier. It was my second time here for hollywood wax and the lady was so patient and encouraging. Will keep going.
