Desmond was excellent in articulating his ideas and skillset by explaining in details what he planned to do for me. The end result came perfectly as what he has shown me. I love my new hair style and will definitely come back to look for him. The only star left for improvement is the dressing table area @Dempsey may need improvement. I definitely don't like the "natural" wood finishing, it does look kinda cheap, which made me lack of confident when I stepped into the salon. The ambient @Tanglin branch at least feel a little classy. I absolutely love the extra massage after washing my hair.

I had a manicure and pedicure here and the service was absolutely perfect. The staff are not only highly skilled but also extremely kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The salon is spotless and very well maintained, giving a great sense of comfort and hygiene. I’m especially happy to have finally found a place that uses Shellac polish – exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended!

Wonderful manicure and pedicure as ever with Bao. Tried their new spa treatment for hands. This is a five step treat of an ampoule if something, a gentle exfoliation, serum, mask, and a hand cream to finish. Very pleasant experience with special massage. Adds half an hour to your manicure but time well spent. Hands feel silky smooth and look more hydrated.

Absolutely love my nails every single time! 💅 My nail tech Wendy is super talented, patient, and always gets the design spot on — whether I show her a reference or just explain the vibe I want. She’s meticulous with shaping and detailing, and my nails last weeks without chipping. Plus, her space is clean, comfy, and she’s so easy to chat with. Bao the gem of a manicurist has moved to a plush new space at Peek-a-Boo, same boss as Hair Lounge, so transferred with blessings. The new space is tastefully done up, has proper tables and chairs for manicures and dainty armchairs, good side tables and a proper foot basin for the spa treatment. The view outside has much improved with a manicured landscape to look at while having as wonderful as ever a manicure and pedicure with the meticulous Bao. As usual, I dare not say too many nice things in case I can't get an appointment whenever I want one myself.

Brought my mum along for a spa day. Both of us had the detox & hydrate facial, and the aromatherapie pedicure. Facial was really relaxing and professionally done. My favourite part of it was the massages! Pedicure was done very skilfully as well. The pedicurist was very gentle and careful, while ensuring a high quality feet treatment. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to give themselves a treat!

Been to this Flagship Nail Salon twice, and have nothing but high praise. Jessie did my nails, and she was incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. I usually feel nervous when I visit nail salons because of past experiences, but Jessie put all my worries to rest. She took great care with every step, and my nails turned out flawless!
