I had a manicure and pedicure here and the service was absolutely perfect. The staff are not only highly skilled but also extremely kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The salon is spotless and very well maintained, giving a great sense of comfort and hygiene. I’m especially happy to have finally found a place that uses Shellac polish – exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended!

She’s meticulous with shaping and detailing, and my nails last weeks without chipping. Plus, her space is clean, comfy, and she’s so easy to chat with. Been to this Flagship Nail Salon twice, and have nothing but high praise. Jessie did my nails, and she was incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. I usually feel nervous when I visit nail salons because of past experiences, but Jessie put all my worries to rest. She took great care with every step, and my nails turned out flawless! Booked with Gwynes for a chrome manicure. She did a great job with shaping my nails and advised the design I wanted may not be long lasting. I was ok with that but appreciated the insight. Simpler job today but she has done a great job with other nail art designs for me in the past. Will book again!
